I’m the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Fogo Island Inn, where I lead commercial strategy across sales, partnerships, and marketing, with a focus on sustainable revenue growth, organizational alignment, and brand integrity. My role centers on setting direction, developing leaders, and ensuring that strategy, systems, and storytelling work together to support both performance and purpose. I work closely across functions (sales, reservations, operations, marketing, and external partners) to guide revenue strategy, strengthen high-value partnerships, and build the sales enablement and governance structures that support long-term success. Increasingly, my work extends into the broader Shorefast ecosystem, supporting initiatives such as Fogo Sessions and the advancement of Economic Nutrition Certification, where hospitality leadership, economic development, and values-driven business intersect.
