While Karabiner is primarily a height safety systems solutions provider, the organisation leveraged my background in IT and digitalisation, expanding my Project Officer role to lead the design and rollout of digital tools and systems that modernised internal operations: - Led the end-to-end development of a CRM platform conducting sales operational analysis to ensure the solution was tailored to departmental needs, giving the business a centralised system for managing clients and projects and improving data & performance visibility, and consistency across teams. - Led the digitalisation of operational workflows in HR and PMO, performing business and process analysis to design custom Power Apps solutions integrated with external data sources, reducing manual administrative effort and improving the speed and accuracy of operational reporting. - Led the rollout and adoption of an asset management system for height safety and BMU equipment to support compliance with IRATA standards, increasing equipment traceability and accountability, which directly reduced missing/lost components and improved resource allocation across active projects. - Provided end-to-end project officer support across height safety systems projects, including scheduling, costing and quoting, supplier and stakeholder coordination, and documentation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. - Analysed risk profiles to develop and maintain core compliance documentation across the project lifecycle, including: *Quality Management Plans (QMPs) tailored to project requirements and relevant standards *Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) to standardise quality verification across works *Coordination of product samples for compliance *WHS Management Plans addressing site-specific hazards and regulatory obligations *Environmental Management Plans covering project environmental risks and controls *Risk Management Plans identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks
