About

I help companies turn complex software initiatives into stable, production-ready products through strong engineering execution, clear delivery processes, and practical technical leadership. Most software projects do not fail because the idea is weak. They fail because execution is not strong enough: requirements stay unclear, architecture decisions come too late, teams lack ownership, and technical risk grows faster than the business can control. At Digital Future Group, I work with founders, product leaders, and enterprise teams that need experienced engineering leadership behind their software delivery. My role is to make complex technical work structured, reliable, and aligned with business goals. Before moving into operations and global services leadership, I spent years as an engineer and Head of Engineering. This helps me see both sides of a project: the business outcome the client needs and the engineering reality required to make it work in production. DFG focuses on practical, AI-first software delivery: building new products, extending platforms, modernizing legacy systems, stabilizing troubled projects, and providing senior engineering teams that can own complex technical work. We have deep experience in Ruby on Rails, custom software development, healthcare and insurance software, SaaS platforms, marketplaces, mobile applications, cloud infrastructure, and AI-native product development. We work best with teams that need more than extra developers: people who understand business context, challenge assumptions, and move the project forward without noise. A large part of my work is helping teams create the right delivery structure around the problem. This can mean putting a senior engineering team around a critical product, running a product phase before budget commitment, stabilizing a platform after a difficult release, or moving a Lovable-built MVP into a secure, scalable application. The same applies to AI. The goal is not to add AI features for the sake of it, but to make AI useful inside real products, workflows, and constraints. I am interested in conversations with InsurTech, HealthTech, SaaS, startup, and enterprise teams facing technical pressure, modernization challenges, delivery bottlenecks, or the need for senior Ruby on Rails, full-stack, mobile, cloud, or AI-native engineering support. I do not believe in vague transformation or technology for the sake of technology. Good delivery is practical: the problem must be clear, the engineering path realistic, and the team able to execute without adding more complexity.
