Responsible for the asset management and disposal of the Banks surplus real estate investments and liabilities. Including senior stakeholder management, strategic planning and project implementation.
Undertaking valuations and negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals for all types of commercial properties , including retail (out of town and in town) , offices and industrial buildings.
