Assist with the entire Estate Life Cycle, beginning with Estate Planning and ending with Estate Administration including the drafting of Wills and Trusts. Assist with the planning and drafting of documents for Corporations, LLC's, Partnerships, and Sole Proprietors in the start up phase, including Articles of Incorporation, Organization, Operating Agreements and Partnership Agreements. Review various small business related documents such as leases, contracts and licensing agreements. Draft various small business related documents such as employment agreements, licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and others. Represent taxpayers in various types of tax appeal matters before the IRS and US Tax Court.
