2025 – 2nd Place, Business Unit Kaizen Winner 2024 – 4th Place, BeNe(Belgium/Netherlands) Kaizen Winner 2024 – Business Unit Kaizen Winner Programs/Scripts: • Developed a Automated/Volume Based Pick Batch Generator, saving €600K annually. • Developed CMR Generator (Kaizen of the Month BE/NL), saving €32K/year. • Developed Proof of Delivery Downloader, saving €37K/year. • Automated UPS Claim Filler, saving €17.6K/year. • Centralized the programs/reports in an app developed with Electron.js —total cost reduction of €686K. • Consolidated all scripts into a single Electron.js + Vue.js suite. • Improved output accuracy, reducing failures and losses. • Proposed (but rejected) Returns Dept automation with €150K potential savings. • Built TP06 Checker/Stopper to resolve TP06 issues faster. • Enabled manifest preparation in advance, reducing dock wait time by ~30 mins and speeding ECOM/Global e-orders. Reports: • Pack and Hold: Implemented "Pack and Hold" visibility, improving CS coordination and warehouse tracking. • Incorrectly Palletized Orders: Reduced complaints on incorrectly palletized orders; improved shipment traceability. • Picked but Not Packed Orders: Prevented “picked but not packed” orders from being lost. • Packed but Not Shipped WHO/ECOM Orders: Eliminated “packed but not shipped” WHO/ECOM orders.
• Developed a messaging application aimed at consolidating popular platforms including Facebook, WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, Instagram Business, and Telegram into a single interface. • Joined the team and immediately took charge of back-end development, utilizing technologies such as Express.js, Mongoose, and Socket.io to manage message flow across multiple channels. • Designed and implemented a front-end chat page that integrates and displays messages from each connected platform, enabling effortless cross-channel communication. • Employed a robust component structure, utilized SCSS/Bootstrap for styling, and implemented Vuex for state management. • Collaborated effectively using Github, ensuring high code quality with ESLint. • As part of a cohesive team, successfully achieved the project's objectives, demonstrating excellent teamwork and project management.
• Co-founded and developed Wophoo, a venture project that enables companies to advertise their products at no monetary cost, enhancing user engagement by integrating daily routines with profitable company interactions. • Built the mobile application using Flutter and a PHP-based website that functions as a business panel, management team interface, and promotional page, utilizing MySQL for database management. • Negotiated agreements with 40 businesses in the Antalya region and successfully attracted about 300 users to the platform. • Took personal responsibility for developing the Mobile App, Web App, and API Services, and played a key role in marketing, management, and presentation phases. • Currently, the project is on hold. • Developed the "Cultural Heritage Application" for Süleyman Demirel University using Flutter, providing a comprehensive guide for visitors to Isparta, Turkey. Features include maps, informational resources, and visit planning tools. • Led the development of a Cross-Platform Backup Application for desktop environments, crafted with Electron.js. The application consists of client-side and server-side components and supports eight different backup methods such as Client to Server Disks/FTP and MySQL Backup to Server Disks/FTP, leveraging Socket.IO for component communication. • Independently developed two websites, "yerliloglama.com" and "yerlifirewall.com," utilizing a custom PHP MVC framework, demonstrating strong skills in web development and system architecture.
