Mazad Global was created to build the first unified, borderless e-commerce ecosystem for the entire MENA region. As Founder & CEO, you lead Mazad’s full strategy, execution, and expansion. You define the vision, build the roadmap, and oversee all product, technology, logistics, and market operations. You direct the development of Mazad’s multi-platform ecosystem (mobile app, web marketplace, vendor dashboard, admin panel, wallet, academy) and manage the engineering team across frontend, backend, Flutter, and infrastructure. You lead regional expansion—establishing local subsidiaries, negotiating with partners, structuring 51/49 investment models, localizing payments and logistics, and building operations in each country. You build all strategic partnerships with banks, logistics firms, payment providers, factories, and vendors, creating the Turkish supply chain serving all MENA markets. You manage the full financial and operational architecture: settlement flows, wallet rules, payment gateways, COD policy, pricing models, and launch budgets. You lead marketing strategy, influencer campaigns, ad spending, and country launch plans, starting with Iraq. You oversee investor relations, prepare business plans, manage shareholders, secure funding, and represent Mazad in all high-level negotiations. As CEO, you build and lead the team, define culture, set KPIs, and ensure the entire ecosystem moves in one direction.
