Provided operational and strategic leadership to analyze why industries with extreme structural complexity and zero margin for error, such as engineering, acute medicine/healthcare, and luxury business operations, frequently fail end-clients and their own proclaimed targets despite their rigorous efforts. Core Methodological Steps & Outcomes: − Deconstructed and mapped the exact mechanics of value creation across target industries − Executed systemic root-cause diagnosis where the value creation premise breaks down. − Designed and developed functional, improved proof-of-concept (PoC) prototypes and processes. Aside from case specific outcomes, these activities led to the establishment of a globally recognized, academically validated research methodology which blends cultural anthropology and psychology with behavioural economics and strategic game theory. The resulting predictive behavioral intelligence can specifically be used to navigate structural, corporate, institutional complexities on levels that remain inaccessible to conventional methods. This was published and vetted in a blind-peer review as part of the Academy of Management Annual Conference 2021.
