As part of the Central Growth Team for the Europe region: •Constructed demand models to forecast Top-Line P&L in a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for 7 European Countries, including order volume, net revenue, discount budget, and gross profit. •Worked closely with Director of Growth and Europe Leadership team: -Conducted ad hoc analysis such as sensitivity and impact analysis for strategic decision-making -Involved defining KPIs, preparing KPI list, and involving dashboard design of the important KPIs with Data BI team. •Led profitability initiatives in order to optimize Gross Profit across 7 European Countries. •Took part in Topline PMI process of Gorillas Acquisition.
