I am Attorney Ali Alperen ALBAYRAK. I graduated from the Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2019. While I was at university Among all the courses I chose, I was particularly interested in some areas. Civil Law, Law of Obligations, Labor Law, Commercial Law, and Law of Civil Procedure were the fields in which I worked very intensively. After completing four years of university education I completed my compulsory 1-year internship at Altun & Altun Law Firm, which is the company of the Former President of Bursa Bar Association and Union of Turkish Bar Associations Vice President (Att. Gürkan ALTUN) in Bursa. During the internship worked in harmony, was open to learning, high working performance, was able to play an active role from the beginning to the end of the execution of a business, had strong human relations, completed my duties within the mandatory periods stipulated in the law of civil procedure, being able to work in the discipline, good judgment, analytical thinking, I got a job offer from the same law firm after my internship in line with my ability to be consistent and stable and to get positive results. Altun & Altun Law Firm operates in many different fields (Criminal Law, Commercial Law, Labor Law, Administrative and Tax Law and Contracts Law). I started working in this Law Firm because I thought that I could gain many benefits in my business life. After 1 year of compulsory internship and 1 year of work, I left Altun Law Firm and founded my law firm. In my law firm, I mainly work in the fields of insurance law, labor law, commercial law, and contract law.

My job descriptions in the law firm: - Acting as attorney for six companies to which Altun&Altun Law Firm provides legal consultancy services; - The companies in question are Construction, Heavy Industry, Textile, Forest Products, Food, etc. operate in the fields. - To file lawsuits in favor of these companies, to follow up the lawsuits filed against them, to carry out the trial processes - Representing companies in Mediation and Conciliation meetings where they are a party - Arranging the contracts of companies, - Collecting receivables of companies, - To find solutions to urgent legal problems of companies, - To maintain the necessary legal processes while hiring and dismissing workers of these companies, - To inform the Human Resources department of the companies in legal terms, - Giving legal training, - Anticipating problems in the operation of the company and finding solutions to them - Writing legal petitions
