-Managing all international marketplace accounts and responsible end to end responsibility for all internal & external stakeholder communication. -P&L responsibility to achieve yearly contribution/turnover targets with closely follow up landed costs, fulfillment costs, COGS, marketing, product replenishing, efficient price & campaign management etc. -Joint Business Plan preparations & negotiations with the partners to deliver a mutual outcome and drive the commercial & operational direction on a common ground. -Contract review and commission negotiations on new projects like retail, integration model -Leading the team of 5 (one local teammate in Cairo/Egypt) -Additional marketplace responsibilities, Namshi/Noon GCC region, Styli UAE, Kaspi Kazakhstan, Tendam Spain, Uzum Uzbekistan, Ananas Bosnia and Herzegovina by 1st of September, 2025
-Managing Zalando Account that operates in 22 EU countries with fulfillment & cross border business model in a hybrid way (which is the only brand from Türkiye). -Managing Fashion Days Romania, Amazon & Noon Egypt, Jumia accounts (Egypt, Morocco, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Zando – South Africa) in 6 African countries with fulfillment set up -Leading the integration project & operational set up for being the first cross border partner of Zalando Shipment Solutions & Zalando Return Solutions outside Europe. -Being the first non-EU partner & leading Multichannel project, which enables to make sales the ZFS stocks on other marketplaces and achieved integration with Otto.de account firstly to our system -Being one of the top 15 brands at Zalando which has nearly 30 million EUR sales volume in 2022 and one of few partners which makes over 1 million EUR turnover on Black Friday. -Leading sales project for the outdated, broken size & low performer stocks to 3rd parties. -Being pilot partner/consultant for variety projects like tool development, easing the onboarding process, new integration launch, price/discount warning models, report enhancement etc.
-Managing commercial operations including international trade, marketing, branding and e-commerce activities with Touché Netherlands office for Europe region. -Account management through three channels: E-commerce (Shopify basis), Wholesale and Marketplace and leading team of two for developing our sales channels and managing more efficiently. -Expanding Zalando countries from 2 to 6 and heading an integration project to make a replacement with Tradebyte (integration partner) to reduce integration costs and ease the article onboarding process.
-Managing local distributors from Europe, South & North America Region, far East-Asia countries -Making value chain analysis, supporting them on trade marketing, tracking sell out performances. -Finding out new partners through B2B Alibaba.com with Evyap store with preparing MOQ & offers.
