I’m a backend-focused software engineer with 15 years of experience, currently specializing in Python and API development. I design and build fast, reliable, and maintainable APIs using FastAPI and SQLAlchemy, focusing on performance, security, and clean architecture. Over the years, I’ve worked on a wide range of backend systems and have taken on leadership roles, including working as a technical lead on complex projects. I enjoy mentoring developers, shaping technical strategy, and driving best practices across teams. Develop, track, and control the development and deployment annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing, and operations. Contribute to open source software development, standardization of technologies, and evolution of best practices by collaborating with peers outside the company, releasing code.
Developed FADN (Farm Accountancy Data Network) web based software. This system enables recording transactions at farm level throughout the year, thus allowing farmers to manage their business operations better on one hand, and policy makers to evaluate the effects of implemented measures, on the other. Worked as a part of a team in coordination with other experts from Denmark, Hungary, Slovenia and Estonia.
Worked on implementation of Animal Identification and Registration software based on Oracle platform. Supervised the software development process, defined short-term objectives and assessing progress.
