As a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in technology and systems management, I currently hold the position of Specialist Site Reliability Engineer at Turkcell. With deep expertise in agile development, leadership communication, and cloud-based architecture, I contribute to our teams by bringing a diverse range of experiences, in alignment with our organization’s mission and culture. My primary focus is on optimizing business processes and ensuring the continuous availability of systems. In my role at Turkcell, I develop automation applications using various programming languages and enhance service management procedures. By leveraging business intelligence tools, I conduct evaluations to make processes more intelligent and perform trend analyses and reporting on databases using SQL queries. Additionally, our team plays a critical role in expanding the organization’s reach by onboarding new branches on a weekly basis. -Responsible for creating automation applications using .NET Core MVC, enhancing the efficiency of various processes and systems. -Creating scripts to automate tasks and enhance service management procedures. -Conducting assessments using multiple business intelligence tools to optimize and streamline business processes. -Running daily SQL queries in the database for purposes like trend analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, and batch processing. -Continuously deploying new branches or locations on a weekly basis to expand the organization's reach. -Managing critical infrastructure systems around the clock, ensuring their continuous operation and reliability. -Conducting in-depth analysis and investigation of middleware application issues by examining custom/error logs, monitoring, and even delving into Java, TCP, and core dumps for problem resolution. -Delivering evolving service management solutions as per Service Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and Service Level Agreements (SLA). -Facilitating and coordinating collaboration between network, firewall, development, operating system, and database teams to ensure seamless inter-team communication. -Strategically planning server capacity and executing server migrations between data centers. Also, disseminating bulletins to all relevant personnel to keep them informed. -Actively participating in and contributing to international projects with various organizations, such as jazz, digicell, aselsan, and lifecell. -Involvement in compliance processes similar to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and participating in international audits to ensure regulatory adherence. -Handling incident responses, offering temporary and permanent solutions at both L1 and L2 support levels, and replicating or simulating issues to find resolutions.
