Responsibilities: - Support revenue growth by operating at the intersection of sales, marketing, and delivery, ensuring alignment from lead generation through deal close - Own and support RFPs, proposals, and SOW development, translating complex technical services into clear, client-ready narratives and deliverables - Lead sales enablement efforts, including pitch materials, process documentation, and internal resources to support prospecting and deal progression - Manage CRM administration, reporting, and data integrity, including pipeline tracking, forecasting support, and automation troubleshooting - Plan and execute marketing campaigns across channels (email, social, partnerships), with a focus on performance tracking and iteration - Craft external communications, announcements, and thought leadership in collaboration with leadership and subject-matter experts - Support go-to-market strategy development for new offerings, partnerships, and bundled solutions - Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, design, and leadership to ensure strategy, messaging, and execution remain aligned - Analyze campaign, pipeline, and engagement data to surface insights that inform strategy and operational improvements - Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, clarity, and scalability across sales and marketing operations
In this internship, I worked with the associate director to: -Develop communication plans that promote program participation -Write, edit and proof content that promotes the Walton brand and messaging, including advertisements, videos, website, and social media -Assist in the execution of campaigns, maintain social media calendars and monitor social media metrics -Conduct research to support strategic planning -Assist the associate director with business development logistics -Assist with logistics related to events and trade shows -Set-up and clean-up of meetings, classes, and events.
