My background includes data management, reporting, program evaluation, grant compliance, and technical training within community-based and nonprofit organizations. I often serve as a bridge between program teams, leadership, and data systems, centering restorative justice, trauma-informed practices, cultural competency, and dignity-centered data. I’m driven by the belief that human-centered, ethical data strengthens community safety, violence prevention, and organizational decision-making across Chicago communities.
