I am a fast learning, passionate working individual. I work well with others as a team and on my own. I can handle working well under pressure and I take pride in every position I am in as I strongly believe that with any situation that; if there is a will, there is a way. I have multiple experiences of working over the years; between customer service, food and beverage handling, cash handling, office administration, Human Resources, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, software Sage 100, and so on. Overall I am looking to gain more experience and use my my experience and knowledge to benefit any company
• Processing many invoices/ bills we received every day, and tracking down many purchase orders tied to our invoices. • Had to manage all transactions and place them in the corresponding accounts for our financials. • Experience with handling Microsoft outlook, excel, and the software Sage 100. • Human Resources; handled any problems that arose with employees as well as handling all hiring/ termination. • Involved in our employee’s insurance, with-holdings, work injuries, and etc. • Handled everyone’s work hours in order to process payroll. • Processed payroll and payroll taxes.
• The top priority was to create the best experience possible while maintaining a high energy and safely handling food and beverage for all our customers. • Cash Handling • Constantly learning new drinks and be quick on our feet to keep up with our many coffee rushes. • We also had follow all cleanliness and sanitation protocols at all times. • Making great connections with many of our guests, whether they were regulars or one-time goers.
• As cashier where I had to handle transactions while interacting with hundreds of guest every day. • Cash Handling • Had to promote and sell target credit cards/debit cards. • In the guest services department, I was responsible in providing a lot problem solving along with any customer issues with the best guest service. • As a barista, the position required fast pace skills, quick learning, food and beverage handling, providing friendly interactions to all guests, all while upholding high cleanliness and neatness standards which where a priority.
