• Responsibility of all Import, Export, Drop and Inland activities, assistant to order managment. • Working closely with suppliers worldwide, multiple freight forwarders and courier companies as well as customs authorities (including negotiating prices for cost reduction & controlling invoices). • Coordinating, monitoring, and reporting status and changes in shipment departure or arrival dates to customers, to all stakeholders and to relevant departments, and making operational actions in goal to meet deadlines. • Issuing export documents to be accurate, ensuring importation is smooth and problem free. • Working closely with buyers, planning, warehouse, R&D, service engineers and finance teams. • Monthly analytical presentation of import & export activities to VP operation.
• Managing all import, export, drop, and carnet shipments; preparing paperwork, packaging, obtaining quotations, ongoing monitoring of shipments, resolving customs issues, preparing reports, following up on licenses, and inspecting billing invoices. • Managing warehouse and inventory, and handling purchases for the R&D department. • Communicating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers on a daily basis. • Collaborating with large companies abroad and providing full cooperation and internal reporting to various departments. • Adapting to a changing and dynamic work environment with flexibility to meet the requirements of the organization and customers.
Operations supervisor for the High-tech, Semiconductor, Automotive and Pharma industries. • Managing shift staff and ensuring high service and operational level. • Working with large companies in Israel and abroad, providing quotes to customers, handling deliveries, offering customer service, and reporting internally to various departments. • Ongoing coordination with agents, suppliers, forwarders, airlines, and CNW sites abroad. • Operational monitoring (follow-up) of urgent cargo (NFO), hazardous goods (DG), and refrigerated shipments (Cold chain) from the moment the order is opened until the final destination/POD. • Handling stressful situations and urgent cases on an ongoing basis, providing ideal solutions to the given situation. • Generating daily reports, coordinating between customers, customs brokers, and distribution managers. • Training new employees.
