• Conduct Medication Therapy Management (MTM) on patient cases • Counsel patients on proper use, indications, and emphasized importance of adherence to medication therapies • Analyze profiles for gaps in therapy as well as interactions • Contact primary care physicians with suggestions to optimize patient care
• Manage daily flow of on-site work • Deal and work with vendors • Coordinate between contractor and customer in daily morning brief
