As a strategic leader reporting to the CEO, this role is centered on driving organizational excellence and transformation. Executive & Stakeholder Partnership: Operate as a strategic partner to the CEO and serve on the Leadership Team, directly driving the agenda for Strategic HR and Organizational Excellence. Developed critical policies to foster a productive and inclusive work environment Performance Transformation: Led the redesign and automation of the Performance Management System (PMS), aligning individual goals with broader business objectives and enabling data-driven performance tracking for approximately 500 employees. Talent & Learning Strategy: Built a competency-based learning roadmap and successfully launched the ALOFT leadership program to develop crucial people management capabilities across the organization. HR Digitization & Process Automation: Spearheaded the Zoho HRMS implementation, successfully automating HR processes and significantly improving data accuracy for executive decision-making. Compensation & Benefits: Standardized CTC structures, and implemented strategic initiatives including job banding and variable pay models to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
