Recently my team and I steered Regal Springs AG, the world’s leading sustainable whitefish company, through a transformative turnaround, championing responsible aquaculture and value accretive innovation. Leading a 4,500+ global team, guided by a clear strategic trust , strengthening market leadership, especially in the US, leveraging Swiss heritage and a premium, all-natural fish positioning . Transformed Nestlé Malaysia (2013–2018) to USD 1.2B revenue with 280% shareholder returns, overseeing Singapore and 50+ export markets. Revived Almarai (2019), the Middle East’s top F&B firm (USD 4B turnover), halting sales declines. Drove Nestlé Lanka PLC to over 20% growth, earning the “Best Corporate Citizen” award, and secured the Malaysia “Company of the Year” title plus two CNBC Asia Business Leader of the Year finalist nods. During his tenure, Nestlé Lanka PLC delivered 20% growth and share price appreciation of 128% .He also won a number of prestigious accolades for sustainable performance and contribution to the country’s rural development, most notably its crowning as the country’s “Best Corporate Citizen for 2011”. During his tenure, Nestlé Lanka was honoured with the prestigious Swarna Lanka award for its drive in boosting the dairy industry in Sri Lanka. The company also celebrated its highest ever fresh milk intake of over five million liters in the month of September 2012.
