Key Responsibilities: ● Production Planning & Execution 1. Develop and implement production plans and schedules using SAP APO and MS Excel to meet volume targets. 2. Create effective and achievable production plans from the demand forecast, ensuring high customer service levels. 3. Monitor production adherence and actual output, activating contingency plans as needed to meet volume and service targets. ● Inventory & Material Management 1. Ensure raw material availability by collaborating closely with Raw Material Planners. Maintain optimal finished goods inventory levels in line with approved inventory policies (ESO), avoiding stockouts or overstock. 2. Monitor and report on material freshness and shelf life to ensure product quality and compliance with Supply Chain Responsiveness (SCR) standards. ● Process Optimization & Cost Efficiency 1. Lead initiatives to generate productivity savings and cost improvements across the supply chain. 2. Recommend and implement updates to inventory policies based on market and operational dynamics. 3. Manage disposition of obsolete, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory items. ● Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership 1. Perform Site Supply Review and S&OP with the Commercial Team to ensure transparency and alignment between Plant and LOC operations. 2. Mentor and develop supply chain team members, ensuring capability building and succession planning. 3. Lead and support strategic and operational projects within the supply chain function. ● Data Integrity & Reporting 1. Ensure data accuracy in SAP through regular updates of production models. 2. Provide regular reports on inventory status, including critical, overstock, and obsolete items, with actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities: ● Drive Agile Transformation 1. Lead the adoption and scaling of Agile practices across teams and departments. 2. Promote Agile values and principles to foster a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement. ● Coach Teams and Leaders 1. Provide coaching and mentoring on Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, SMED, etc.) to team members and leadership. 2. Facilitate mindset shifts and behavioral change to support Agile maturity. ● Support Strategic Initiatives 1. Lead cross-functional projects (e.g., supply chain, digital transformation) to improve efficiency, responsiveness, and compliance. 2. Align Agile practices with business goals and operational strategies. ● Build Agile Capabilities 1. Develop and implement training programs, workshops, and bootcamps to build Agile skills. 2. Identify and support Agile Champions, tracking their progress toward certification and leadership roles. ● Remove Impediments 1. Identify and resolve blockers that hinder team performance and delivery. 2. Foster an environment where teams can operate autonomously and efficiently. ● Measure and Improve 1. Track Agile metrics (e.g., cycle time, lead time, OEE, etc.) to assess performance and identify improvement areas. 2. Use data to drive decisions and refine Agile practices.
