I’m a freelance working across food, travel, events, and operations, supporting international projects rooted in culture, food, sustainability, and innovation. Since 2017, I’ve collaborated with startups, nonprofits, and international teams in roles ranging from tour leader and travel coordinator to fixer, operations lead, community manager, and assisting producer. I’m accustomed to bridging the gap between planning and execution, managing logistics, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting on-the-ground delivery. As Tour Leader for Culinary Backstreets and Milk Street, I co-host multi-day culinary journeys through Emilia-Romagna, highlighting the region’s deep-rooted food traditions and contemporary culinary culture. My role involves: - Leading guests through curated experiences with local producers, chefs, and artisans. - Providing cultural and logistical guidance throughout the trip. - Collaborating with host and chef Viola Buitoni to deliver engaging and authentic culinary encounters. - Assisting in pre-trip planning, on-site coordination, and post-trip debriefs to ensure seamless execution These experiences celebrate Culinary Backstreets’ mission to share the stories, people, and traditions that keep local food cultures alive, with a focus on authenticity, context, and connection.
