► Supported Hair for Hope (HFH) by deploying over 400 volunteers and coordinating with hairstylists for more than 100 satellite events in 2024–2025. ► Assisted in the full volunteer management process, including recruitment, interviewing to assess suitability, onboarding, scheduling, and deployment. ► Built connections with volunteer groups and helped publicise organisational events to encourage participation. ► Organised volunteer orientation and appreciation events to enhance engagement and retention. ► Contributed to the pilot of a Volunteer Competency Framework to strengthen volunteers’ skills and capabilities. ► Maintained accurate and updated volunteer records for smooth operations and reporting. ► Managed the organisation’s volunteer Telegram group, sharing opportunities, updates, and motivational messages.

► Performed thorough tree inspection using PiCUS Sonic Tomograph, resistograph, and Haglöf Laser Geo High-Precision Laser Rangefinder. ► Conducted visual tree inspection for more than 50 trees at Marina South for the Tree Pulling research project by Centre for Urban Greenery and Ecology. ► Developed a pictorial user guide for High-Precision Laser Rangefinder for staff. ► Learnt basic post-processing for photogrammetry.
