In my role as a Corporate Vice President for Global Small Medium Business (GSMB), I oversee several motions - including digital sales for SMB customers and I lead our dynamic sales teams: Digital Cloud Solution Architects (DCSA), Vendor Digital Sales (VDS), Growth & Ecosystem Innovation (GEI), and Strategy Business Operations (SOps). In GSMB, we are an organization that enables Microsoft’s go-to-market strategy targeting Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) worldwide — companies that represent 80%+ of the global workforce and 40%+ of global GDP. My top priority is to drive sales productivity and efficiency across the team by implementing AI Agentic systems, processes, and tools. One of the things I love about our team is the innovative approach we take - linking digital and partner sales motions to empower SMBs to digitally transform and create “design wins” with AI. My mission as a leader is to help people explore their limitless potential by providing an environment where they can expand and prove their skills and capabilities. I do everything I can to invest in people. I approach my role as more of a coach than a manager and trust the deep domain expertise that each person on my team brings to the table. My role is to mentor and encourage, ask the right questions, and get out of the way so they can do what they do best. Transparency and authenticity are part of my DNA, which allows me to build better connections and trusted relationships. I bring fresh perspective to my role and push others to challenge the norm and continuously seek out new, more innovative solutions. I believe in the power of community, and I’m proud to have served on several boards, including Digi International (current), the Western School of Science and Technology and Every Monday Matters. Currently I am the Executive co-sponsor of the following Employee Resource Groups (ERG's): GLEAM MCAPS and the SME&C Disability Awareness Community.
