▪ Oversees and manages the Amazon account across three divisions including Accessories and Cold Weather, Frye Handbags, and launched our Sock division with over 15 new brands / 300 new ASINs ▪ Work daily within each department’s portal to generate optimal performance on Amazon by creating new item set ups with the use of specific keywords, enhancing product detail pages by putting together content for A+ pages and high res images for the listings, and performing catalog clean-ups to merge products together and obsoleting the inactive ASINs ▪ Control our Born to Run campaigns and identify new PASINs to run Vine to successfully launch new items ▪ Run weekly sales reports across all divisions to analyze in order to compile and provide concise information for upper management highlighting our top sellers, opportunities, and pitfalls due to inventory shortages and delays ▪ Works cross-departmentally with production, our marketing and licensing team, Customer Service, and the sales team within each division to discover new opportunities and increase sales ▪ Manages the open order reports for each division and works with our Customer Service team to ensure orders are being dropped to the warehouse, filled, and routed on time and to identify POs that can be moved up and work with Amazon to get orders out quicker. ▪ Collaborates with our marketing campaign team for Amazon to ensure we are maximizing our advertising spending and identify ASINs to turn on/off where needed. Additionally tracks Co-Op spending on campaigns.
▪ Provides strategic support to the management of the Amazon account including customer services inquiries, order processing, shipments and receiving, chargebacks, price discrepancies, claim adjustments and disputes ▪ Works along with production and sales teams to develop, enhance & implement strategies aimed at maximizing Amazon sales ▪ Runs and analyzes weekly management reports including Amazon on hands and on orders providing summaries highlighting future insights and recommendations to avoid missed selling opportunities ▪ Performs catalog clean-up including obsoleting ASINs, merging duplicate ASINs, and enhancing product detail pages by uploading images and videos
