The OnCon Senior Council is an exclusive group of top executives across 12 categories (CMO, CHRO, General Counsel, CTO/CIO, COO, CFO, CISO, L&D, Talent Acquisition, Data & Analytics, DEI, Supply Chain & Procurement). The group meets virtually (each category meets in a separate breakout space) once per month to discuss latest challenges, trends, and to benchmark.
• National, full cycle recruiter responsible for 50+ direct hire positions within IT Consulting practice identifying top talent in Business Intelligence, ERP (SAP/Oracle), Information Security, IT Process Improvement, Software Development • Act as LinkedIn Recruiter administrator using creative, Boolean search techniques to source qualified candidates • Source and screen candidates through various recruiting sources including LinkedIn, internal ATS, employee referral, and professional organizations • Facilitate interview process through offer negotiation and initial onboarding • Analyze weekly recruiting reports for company leadership suggesting areas of focus and improvement • Participate in the coordination and delivery of New Hire Orientation • Act as local Diversity and Inclusion champion to increase the number of women and minorities in technology • Partner with external recruitment agencies and networking groups as needed • Develop and maintain relationships with professional organizations, college campus leads, candidates, and company leadership team
• Completed full cycle recruiting process for multiple full-time positions within Mobile, Local, SEM, Display Media, Data & Analytics, IT, and Accounting • Conducted New Hire Orientation • Managed annual Open Enrollment and Open Enrollment Benefits Fair • Supported, trained and ensured compliance of iProspect policies and procedures as well as train and educate managers • Provided coaching and assisted in warning process, exit interviews, and employee relations issues as needed • Assisted manager in the rollout of new Career Development Planning initiative by creating PowerPoint presentation, attending all meetings, and holding office hours to address employee concerns • Managed college relations by attending career fairs, increasing company awareness, and developing relationships with university career center employees • Provided detailed HR and Recruiting reports and metrics to senior management
