I am currently a first year medical student studying at UCL.
My babysitting responsibility involves monitoring and entertaining young children and pets, including cooking meals for them. This has helped me learn how to interact positively with young children, and I am also learning how to be professional and accountable.
Gained experience at the hospital in the cardiology department, oncology department and the intensive care unit.
I spent a week at a veterinary centre for work experience, where I got to observe a range of procedures and surgeries. I was involved in packing kits and scrubs and sterilising these for surgery.
I had the opportunity to shadow a race engineer in F1, attending meetings and observing setup day operations. I was able to participate in the floor stiffness test on the car.
