• Coordinate, synthesize and manage the overall Ten-Year Site Plan (TYSP) annual production through Sharepoint, project server, team member coordination, external customers’ (NWC, DS&A, IT&S, ER&N), SNL deliverables (program mission narrative and strategies), and milestones (narrative production and review). • Advise and articulate capital investment planning strategies (long and short-term) with Team Members through meetings, web announcements, web discussions. • Provide on-site graphic, technical and editorial support for documents, reports, presentations, and marketing paraphernalia. • Convey the progress of each project with use of online collaborative spaces such as Sharepoint and Web Fileshare, and software such as Project, Powerpoint or Visio. • Manage and lead all efforts to acquire, maintain or renew land use permits between SNL and Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB). • Work closely with personnel from across SNL, DOE Sandia Site Office, DOE Service Center, and KAFB to establish and maintain effective and productive working relationships. Track monthly and quarterly status reports and metrics through ILMS and department servers. • Lead the development of strategic planning documents – two Sub-Area Plans (Technical Areas III and V) and the Supporting Information for the Sub-Area Plans – as a component of the Long-Range Development Framework (LRDF).
• Led and managed the annual report, operational and maintenance procedures, the monthly department newsletter, and other special projects including the internal website. • Wrote, designed, and coordinated projects with Subject Matter Experts, Craft (plumbing, electrical, wastewater, water, gas, mapping, etc.), Industrial Hygiene, and Management. • Provided monthly progress status reports. Ensured clarity and accuracy of reports, instructions, hazard control plans and activity hazard analysis (AHAs) against LANL LIRs and KSL (formerly JCNNM) administrative procedures. • Created and implemented the Utilities Department Operations and Instructions manuals and procedures; the instructions and procedures helped provide a secure configuration management for operations that was useful for team members to perform their work accurately and safely.
