- Strategy development and implementation for METRO Italy, METRO France and Makro Portugal. - Strategy and integration of Pro a Pro France. - Acquisition of Aviludo in Portugal.
- Strategy development and implementation for Makro Portugal.
- Advised clients (corporate and private equity) on multiple M&As and debt capital raisings.
