Previously, as Principal of ADNOC Schools Madinat Zayed (UAE) and Regional Executive Principal for Academies Enterprise Trust (UK), I have focused on transforming outcomes through team building and rigorous standards. Impact & Achievements: School Turnaround: At Greenwood Academy, I oversaw a rise of 1,387 places in the English league tables (2024) and secured a 'Good' Ofsted rating. Strategic Growth: Successfully managed major campus transitions and significant enrollment growth while maintaining educational quality. Inclusion: Established a recognized Resource Base for students with Autism and achieved Platinum Awards for Safeguarding. International Standards: Led Regent International School (Dubai) to its highest historical attainment results with outstanding sub-judgments. I lead with the belief that "Education is a lantern which lights your way in a dark alley." I'm very excited to join Oryx International School (OIS) as Executive Principal in January 2026. My time leading at Greenwood Academy and within the wider Lift Schools Trust, and my experience as Principal of Regent International in Dubai, and more recently, at ADNOC Schools has reinforced my belief in the power and importance of strong school communities to shape young lives. I'm deeply honoured to be entrusted with the leadership of OIS. OIS is a vibrant community, a place where dedicated staff, enthusiastic students, and supportive parents come together to create something truly special. My focus will be on fostering a collaborative environment where every child feels valued, empowered, and inspired to learn.
