I’m an entrepreneur, business builder, and cross-border leader focused on helping enterprises drive measurable outcomes through automation and AI adoption. I currently serve as Vice President and General Manager for Workato Japan, and Senior Advisor for Workato Asia Pacific, where I founded and scaled Workato’s APAC business. Over the past decade, I’ve worked closely with CEOs, CIOs, and senior leaders across Japan, Singapore, and the US to modernize operations, connect systems, and orchestrate end-to-end workflows that improve speed, productivity, and resilience. I’m especially passionate about helping organizations move beyond AI experimentation toward practical adoption that creates real business impact. Outside of work, I enjoy bringing people together and building communities through volunteer leadership and board roles, including the Singapore Chamber of Commerce in Japan. I’m energized by creating from zero, scaling with great teams, and turning ambitious ideas into reality.
Part of the founding Exco team establishing SingCham Japan, volunteering my time to support its launch and operations. Our mission is to promote, support, and facilitate economic and cultural exchanges between Singapore and Japan, fostering business connections and partnerships at all levels. We strive to be the leading organization representing Singaporean business interests in Japan while also serving as a vibrant community for Singaporeans, enhancing both their professional and living experiences in Japan.
Council Leaders of the U.S.-Japan Council contribute to strengthening U.S.-Japan relations through cross-sector collaboration, leadership engagement, and community-building. This role supports USJC’s mission to connect business, government, and non-profit leaders while advancing partnerships that drive innovation and mutual understanding between the United States and Japan.
