I have been working in the field of Refrigeration and air conditioning for over 20 years; I have experience in fault finding, implementing new projects and systems. I have completed many new test bench designs which are now operational in the performance and durability of AC system compressors. These range from small audit test benches to large system calorimeters. I work within a team of 6 operators and with outside location with a further 5 operators. I must liaise with a large engineering team to execute several running programs simultaneously to meet each individual objective.
Responsible for the planning and implementation of design and product validation testing for the automotive compressor programs for various customers. Aligning quality audit testing in the compressor production plant to product control plans and performance of test benches to meet continually updated testing specifications. Writing procurement draft specifications for new test equipment and test procedures. Program manage new test equipment to the installation and operational stage.
