I am a time served printer , having worked in various fields of print industry , including metal decorating ,packaging , comercial print & more recently banknote production ,I have experience of many print presses KBA , KOMORI , HEIDELBERG ,CRABTREE &MAN ROLAND . I was originally litho print manager but have now moved into works manager role in commercial print &labels, overseeing day to day running of the plant, production planning, continuous improvement,apprentice training,upgrading old technology to new to make the plant a modern print production facility I am looking to contact industry professionals to Improve ways of moving forward our buisness.
I am responsible for the day to day running of our litho print dept& print finishing. Also as part of my role estimating of all production enquiries & new job costing & procurement of all dept needs. I deal with suppliers & customers for all our print requirements including print finishing . Our print dept covers both UV & Conventional print including perfecting presses.
