I build and run channel strategies for AI companies, and I've been doing it since before AI was a buzzword. Started at Sophos building partner motions around ML-driven cybersecurity, moved to Verkada scaling AI-powered physical security through the channel to $31M+ in bookings, and now at Lumana leading the channel for what I'd call the next frontier in AI visual intelligence.
