We delivered in-person and in-app, 1-1 and group classes. We grew to over 300 partners delivering sessions across the UK, and later expanded into corporate wellbeing, mental health, nutrition and content production. I bootstrapped operations to secure £1M in equity investment, leading fundraising, strategy, and execution. We learned fast, iterated quickly and built something that hadn’t been done before.
