Provide individual therapy sessions to a caseload of 14 clients, working with children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing a variety of emotional and behavioral concerns. Utilize therapy based play and age appropriate interventions to support emotional expression and skill development in child clients. Foster a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive therapeutic environment that promotes client growth and well-being. Conduct intake assessments, treatment planning, process monitoring, and clinical documentation under supervision. Collaborate with supervisors and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive and ethical client care.
Supports daily campus operations by managing the mailroom, processing incoming and outgoing packages, and assisting students, faculty, and staff with front-desk needs. Produces student and employee ID cards, validated parking, and directed calls across departments to ensure smooth communication. Oversees classroom setup and routine maintenance by preparing spaces for courses and coordinating with facilities to maintain a functional learning environment.
