Kent, Washington, United States
I’m an IT student and intern with a strong interest in networking and infrastructure. I’m passionate about learning how systems connect, communicate, and stay resilient, and I’m eager to build deeper expertise in this area while gaining hands-on experience in IT operations. Through my internship, I’m working across helpdesk support, system administration, and security. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, implementing multi-factor authentication, deploying Windows 11 devices, and supporting ticketing system transitions. Alongside these responsibilities, I contribute to projects that improve network resiliency and decentralize infrastructure. What drives me in IT is the combination of technical challenge and human impact, keeping technology reliable while helping people get back to what they do best. My goal is to grow into a career focused on networking, system administration, and IT support, building a strong foundation for long-term success in the field.
