Firstly, never stop learning and growing both personally and professionally! Every day in my role at EQTY Life Sciences I learn something new and cool about cryptography, web3, ZK Proofs, trusted execution environments and more techy stuff than ever... I became an artistic swimming coach quite recently too, helping with another set of eyes to transform the fortunes of my daughter's synchro squad! Who knew I would learn so much about barracudas and fishtails, whilst mixing music and designing costumes (Oh and blinging them up!) Previously, I graduated with a masters in Global management from Robert Kennedy College and University of Salford. I have to say, it was really well put together and organised brilliantly. You can feel free to ask me more about that! In additional learning, I have recently become interested in a strengths approach to work and life. Understanding how my innate strengths shape me as a person really helped me know who I was and why I behaved the way I did. This really fuels my knowledge why I enjoy problem solving, why I like the feeling of being an entrepreneur. In my role as Director, Life Sciences at d-wise, my current projects include business development activities intended on growing our client base, whilst focusing on leading several technical projects that include statistical computing environments, metadata repositories and other open source and automation projects. Other historical projects include the use of Spotfire to visualize clinical data in order to enhance the medical safety review process and optimizing the statistical environment. My primary skills are with SAS support and administration, such as installing, migrating or administering SAS and their products (experience in large pharma companies). I also have experience in business analysis roles, so validation of systems in a heavily regulated environment, defining requirements and other systems lifecycle activities.
