ACHIEVE STANDARDS • Ensure an appropriate, responsive attitude to field based risk management is maintained within all activities. • Report any production, recruitment, retention, or quality issues as they arise and implement action plans to address • Support the delivery of sales quality through focus on correct application of the SAF • Respond appropriately to allegations of fraud, unsuitable advice or negligence KNOWLEDGE • Is aware of recruitment processes, maintains knowledge of competitor propositions and is able to represent the Company as a market leading alternative where necessary • Is familiar with on-line ‘Portal’ communications and learning system. • Is familiar with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
