As a recent Bachelor of Science in Public Health graduate, I am passionate about understanding and reducing the impact of infectious and chronic diseases in underserved populations. In Fall 2027, I plan to continue my education and pursue a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology and Biostatistics. Let’s connect!
• Organized and coordinated two social events for the Spring 2026 semester, including collaborative events with Hmong Student Association (HSA) and Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority.
• Officially crossed as a sxster in March 2025 at Kappa Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc., Associate Chapter at UNCC.
• Raised over $1000 in the Fall 2025 semester & helped lead the planning/execution of three philanthropic initiatives for non-profit organization OurBRIDGE for KIDS.
Collaborated with preceptor Danielle Moore to develop internship goals correlated with academic requirements of 120 hours and organizational priorities. Supported both Operations and Development teams across a variety of initiatives: • Assist client services team in connecting individuals to key food access programs including Pantry/Mobile Pantry, Grocery Home Delivery, Food Share, and Meal Delivery. • Contribute to advocacy efforts and community outreach 📌Data analytics facilitator for Nourish Up Annual "Hunger Partner Summit.” 📌Attend “Congressional Updates” meeting with Congresswomen Alma S. Adam’s involving food insecurity and the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
Department of Health and Medical Humanities & Communication Studies • Collaborated with mentor Dr. Margaret M. Quinlan on the design, execution, and collation of interdisciplinary research in Communication Studies, Health & Medical Humanities, and related fields. • Assist in gathering and synthesizing research data, ensuring thorough analysis and interpretation for academic studies. • Conduct detailed data analysis, identifying key trends and insights to support research objectives. • Manage administrative functions such as scheduling, data entry, and document organization to facilitate research processes.
