Job Responsibilities: Define & execute the marketing strategy by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; tracking & analyze sales data; maintaining promotional materials inventory; coordinate events such as product launches, sponsorships and watch exhibitions. Job Description: • Monitor marketing budget by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts; • Implement marketing and advertising campaigns; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans and objectives; • Organize the merchandising implementation by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt; • Coordinate event logistics, including public relations, advertising and collateral material; • Build and sustain good relationships with the media through planned publicity campaigns and PR activities; • Organizing promotional events such as press trips, open media days, exhibitions and manufacture visits; • Submit and follow-up to ensure placement on press releases and stories to be established; • Providing the media with information about novelties & current PR campaign; • Producing additional marketing communications tools, such as newsletters and exhibition-related materials using graphic tools being InDesign & Photoshop; • Providing retailers with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress; • Support sales team by providing sales data, account analyses and product information.
Support to the Retail Director and the Retail team in the coordination and organization of retail activities. Act as the principle point of contact and face of the brand to the retail department, suppliers and customers, ensuring smooth office management and providing the retail team with ongoing administrative support to exceed the retail AOP plan.
Conduct a customer satisfaction survey from A to Z and analyses of the results. Follow up on several marketing activities in drugstores by creating commercial supports such as mailings.
