- Leading end-to-end Talent Acquisition for a SaaS product-based organization, managing in-house hiring across Engineering, Product, and Business functions, while driving niche hiring, stakeholder collaboration, and Agile-based hiring delivery. - Responsible for complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, salary negotiations, offer rollout, joining documentation, onboarding, and induction processes, ensuring a seamless and structured candidate experience. - Operating as both an Individual Contributor and Team Lead, with 140+ individual closures, while also managing and mentoring a team of 4 recruiters, overseeing performance, pipeline management, and hiring delivery across multiple business units. Driving hiring across diverse roles including Frontend , Backend, Android, WordPress Developers, Cloud Engineers (AWS), QA/SDET, System Administrators, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, FP&A, Marketing (SEO/Email), Technical Writers, Business Development and Customer Success/ Key Account Manager roles, along with 50+ high-volume hires for Process Managers/Project Coordinators aligned with ClickUp/ Jira based delivery teams. Specializing in niche SaaS and product-based hiring, with strong focus on headhunting from competitor organizations, talent mapping, and engaging passive candidates using advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and market intelligence. - Utilized AI-assisted sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search optimization, and ATS-based resume screening to improve candidate identification and pipeline efficiency. - Working within an Agile/Scrum hiring environment, aligning recruitment deliverables with 2-week sprint cycles, participating in sprint planning, prioritizing roles, and ensuring timely closures aligned with product and business timelines.
Analyzing the requisition by understanding the requirement and making the Job Description accordingly. Sourcing using Social & Professional Networking Sites like LinkedIn, mass mailing, Job portals (Naukri.com, Indeed, Internshala), Internal Database, Referrals and Social Media Recruitment. Working for IT and non-IT positions PAN India Managing Walk-In drives. Conducting scheduled drives for lateral hiring. Headhunting and campus drives Involve in HR Interviews, Coordination with the Technical managers Manage & update recruitment dashboard. Handling varied positions starting from entry-level to senior level. End- to- End follow-up of the candidates (pre and post-offer related issues). Analyzing future requirements in IT and NON-IT projects and side by side working on those. Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all candidates for periodical reviews.
