    During the 2013 racing season I worked as a Race Engineer for the British Superbike Team, Tsingtao Racing, I was responsible for the setup of the team's bikes racing in the British Superbikes Series competing in Superbike, Supersport, Superstock 600 and Triumph Triple Challenge classes. As well as these championships I was also the race engineer numerous one off events such as the Isle of Man TT and the Ulster GP where the team ran the world’s first Chinese manufactured motorcycle to race at these world famous road racing events. I gained extensive experience with MOTEC data acquisition software I2 Pro as well as MOTEC ECU M800 and M170's. I was responsible for working on both the engine and chassis setup and in consultation with Ohlins suspension engineers and riders to optimise the bikes performance. Additionally I gained experience managerial experience running a team of mechanics and being responsible for a lot of the logistics of running a national level motorcycle racing team with 15 members of staff.
