As the Assessment Lead I’m responsible for day to day leadership of the Assessment cell within the QTI who will maintain a series of procedures for student assessment, training evaluation, examination management and general operating practices within the QTI. I manage a team of three Assessment Cell Engineers, who develop, deploy and assure the customer and the business that the QTI has, and is working to a robust assessment strategy. I’m responsible for ensuring security of assessments, and validate to the various external accreditation agencies that the security of assessments is maintained in accordance with their requirements. Working closely with the relevant Chief Instructors, influencing a robust and manageable assessment strategy for each of their subject areas. Ensuring governance and compliance for both the QTI and awarding bodies.
