For 20 years, I worked inside high-performance organisations like Coca-Cola. I led teams, drove strategies and built brands. And I ran fast. I loved the pace. The ambition. The challenge. But somewhere along the way, I realised the part I loved most wasn’t the campaigns or the market share. It was the people. Watching a manager step into their authority. Helping a team finally click. Creating the conditions where people feel both supported and challenged. That’s where I came alive. So I made a choice: to put that energy fully in service of what matters most to me — helping managers and their teams align, grow and lead with intention. Today I work as a Leadership Coach, Trainer and Facilitator. Certified coach and currently deepening my practice in team coaching, I support managers and teams in moments of transition, growth and transformation.
