My coaching clients are leaders who are willing to take responsibility to live a fulfilling life. Leaders who want to (re)discover themselves and are fully committed to strongly activate their positive intelligence, to build those mental muscles that allow them to have everything: achieve highest performance, create healthy relationships and experience wellness in their life. Leaders who have a strong desire to live life with authenticity. And when I say authenticity, I refer to that strong inner belief and power to express own voice & vision in every situation, whether at work or in life, that in turn influences & inspires others to do the same. Many of my leadership clients come in coaching to improve their performance, to (re)define and grow their leadership, team development or communication capabilities and strategies, to formulate & build successful career and succession plans, to enhance own emotional intelligence or to powerfully integrate in the company or in a new role, to strengthen their influential capabilities or to find the balance between professional and personal aspects of their life etc. And the coaching approach in which I accompany them to achieve any of these desired goals is a transformative, sustainable one. It is an experience that supports them heighten own awareness about what gets in their way of reaching highest performance, building meaningful relationships & creating wellness in their life. In other words, they courageously go on the road of identifying own fundamental values, while deeply reflecting on and challenging their values alignment with own beliefs, behaviors and actions toward their goals. And it is through this profound reflection, in a coaching space made of trust, respect, challenge and care, that the self-learning emerges and the consequent, needed shift in thinking, feeling and acting is generated. Yes, it takes courage to go through this deeply transformative experience toward that place within yourself where, no matter the external circumstance, you just know you have everything you need to succeed and you also know exactly how to manifest it in both your professional and personal life.
