Key Responsibilities: • Receiving orders and returns queries and making sure they’re dealt with in a timely manner either by myself or through delegation to other team members, by logging them on to Salesforce or other internal systems, including stock check • Taking phone calls from customers in English and German and logging their machine problems on an internal database (Salesforce) for engineers to pick up and resolve • Raising Part Movement Request forms for parts that are taken or shipped to customers for repairs on their printers • Helping all German speaking customers with general queries, including invoice questions, translating and explaining general correspondence between Inca and customers, liaising between customers and engineers to fix problems over the phone
Key Responsibilities: PA to Department Director and various other departments / managers in Cambridge and London Booking travel arrangements online and through agents Visa arrangements: including issuing invitation/company letters Supporting teams across various sites: travel to London office once/twice a week Personally arranging site/departmental social events and internal announcements, including AV hire, catering, venue booking, budgeting Diary management Managing conference room bookings for the site Covering holidays and absentees for other Assistants throughout the company Preparing organisation charts in Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint
