- Active search for qualified candidates in line with vacancies requirements using diverse sourcing channels and techniques; - interviewing candidates; - Develop talent pipeline for critical positions; - CVs screening according to vacancies requirements; - Reaching out to possible candidates via social media, email, and/or phone calls; - Job market researches, analyses and reviews; - Schedule interviews and phone screens; - Maintain and increase internal databases, related reports; - Identify new channels for good candidates; - Creating branded CVs - Closely working with Talent Acquisition Lead to meet Department KPIs;
-Coordination of work on compliance with international standards (ISO 9001: 2015; ISO 14001: 2015; ISO 45001: 2018); -Organization of work to support and improve the implementation of an integrated management system (hereinafter - MIS) -Organization of development of plans and measures to improve the MIS; -Organization and conduct of internal audits in structural units - Development of reporting materials on the results of internal audits and analysis of the functioning of the MIS
- Execution of works on registration of rights to land plots under electric power facilities; - Organization of accompanying works on land acquisition (registration); - Conclusion and support of land lease agreements, land easement agreements with local authorities / counterparties, prolongation of their validity period or renewal ; - Carrying out works on the inventory of land plots under the facilities of the enterprise. - Organization of activities related to the assessment of property on the balance sheet of the enterprise; - Participation in court hearings on land use issues, meetings in local government bodies.
