From 8 years I have worked at IBM Global Services Delivery Centre Polska Sp. z o.o. and Kyndryl Global Services Delivery Centre Polska Sp. z o.o., first as Service Coordinator, then as Compliance Manager, then for 4 years as Risk Manager, and from 1,5 year I have been an Account Security Manager. In the past I had worked for over three years as a Sales and Marketing specialist and assistant. I have a full understanding of operational aspects of delivered service, managing, implementing, and coordinating a company’s process in security, risk and compliance area with the focus on the client. From September 2023 I have worked twice a month with my dog in therapeutic preschool with kids with autism spectrum disorder. This job requires from me a lot of strength and empathy, but this is a place where my soft skills grow, what is reflected in my yearly feedback from coworkers. Additionally, in the past I was involved in sport management. I organized sports events from local events to the biggest in the world such as European Championships, World Cup and The World Games in orienteering. From 4 years I am a rescuer in a search and rescue group. Thanks to my experience I have ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, also to cope with difficult, often unexpected situations. I have ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, I efficiently organize my work schedule and set priorities. I quickly assimilate new subjects and search for and synthesize information.
