With over a decade of leadership in nonprofit management, I am committed to driving systemic change through strategic planning, community engagement, and equity-centered initiatives. As the past Board Chair of Maryland Humanities, I have championed programs that amplify diverse voices and foster inclusive narratives. Currently, I am expanding my expertise by pursuing a Master in Legal Studies, equipping myself with the legal acumen necessary to navigate complex organizational landscapes and advocate effectively for policy reforms. Concurrently, as a participant in Project REAP (Real Estate Associate Program), I am delving into the commercial real estate sector, focusing on integrating equitable development practices to address systemic disparities in property ownership and urban planning. My approach bridges the nonprofit and commercial real estate sectors, aiming to create sustainable, inclusive communities. I am passionate about leveraging legal knowledge and real estate development to drive social impact, particularly in underserved areas. My mission is clear: to build equity—from the boardroom to the block. Let's connect!
As Team Manager for The Lennon Team at Douglas Elliman, I oversee operations and strategy for one of NYC’s most dynamic real estate investment sales teams. Specializing in multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial properties, we work with developers, investors and institutional buyers to identify value-add opportunities across all five boroughs. In this role, I lead deal pipeline management, market research, and transaction coordination—ensuring each deal is executed with precision and aligned with client investment goals. I also manage internal systems, oversee marketing campaigns, and support our agents with data-driven insights and client engagement strategies.
